The call forwarding setting does not work at all since it was introduced in v3.0. Called support 2-3 times but they were not able to fix it.

This is a great phone, though its missing one thing.... The capabilities of hooking a regular phone to expand the phones when you have two offices. So I have to run to the other side to answer the phone in the other office. It would be nice... Thanks, DERA
battery was draining pretty bad. Battery usage indicated it was running 4 hours in the background in the past 24 hours. had to force close app.
Seriously, this thing is terrible. Only can make calls over wifi or data??? Terrible, go to fuze if you want a great mobile experience
I downloaded the app and opened it. I looked for somewhere or somehow to sign up but couldnt figure it out. No time for that. Its souls be right up front if you want people to use it.
I dread using this app. It isnt intuitive, nor does it work consistently.
The UI is not intuitive at all. I could write an essay about all the improvements I would do, but the UI is the biggest offender. If the UI were to be improved, everything else would be at least tolerable.
Even after you delete voicemail it will still show as unread count, it wont update for a while. Overall app is ok to use
Crashes , doesnt sync with real amount of voice messages, freezes. I suggest going somewhere else.
Never consistent. Nearly impossible to use my cell with and transfer calls from. Half the time it wont ring to my phone so my company misses call. Needs A LOT of improvement.
Systems works well nice to answer phone outside office, but massive delay when answering phone almost 4-6 seconds
Liking the new UI and UX. Call quality is improved, especially when Im in an area with poor network connection. Chat option is great.
Before the latest update when someone would call that was not in your contacts list, it would show you the number of the caller. Now, it only gives you the name/area of whos calling. Please change that back. Or at least have an option to turn that back on. Our office relied on this feature heavily for when we were out of the office. Also, the ability to assign a name to a number no longer works. It says its saving it but it doesnt actually do anything anymore. If you fix these 2 things I will give it 5 stars again.

Only used this s few weeks now. Still needs refinements. But augments the 8x8 suite of hardware/software.
I love a lot of features of 8x8 Virtual Office including the security, ability to fax from my computer, and inner office communications. That being said, the mobile app has not been great. I dont get any notifications of texts, calls, or voice messages unless I open the app. I have the settings on my iPhone to allow all notifications but often miss calls because I dont know Ive received a call or voicemail until I check my email. This is a major problem as a private practitioner because it has the potential to cost me business. Please fix the notification feature for this app and Ill happily change my rating!
Cannot get voicemail on app - ticket open with 8x8 for two weeks now - nothing but silence from 8x8.
