It is a great business tool last few versions had some kinks but all around a great product to enhance your business with.

The phone app works better than my desktop app.

Love it. Only thing I would like them to work is answering calls while on another call on the cell. Calls are auto disconnected. Otherwise fantastic!

Works flawlessly

Easy to work with, settings are easy to follow and communications is ok, not the best, but its worth it if youre using your mobile phone as your office phone as well

Very happy with this application. I am running a small business and I am managing the phone service by myself. 8 x 8 has been a great solution. The mobile application is wonderful. I have it on both my iPhone and my iPad. I havent encountered any problems with it. Its very simple.

Love this mobile app. Allows me to always differentiate between a business and a personal call. Love being able to control my presence remotely.

App works pretty well, but sometimes it doesnt ring to my cell phone. Need to call 8x8 and see if they can fix the issue....

Overall Im happy with the application. I strictly use the mobile application, and call quality suffers from time to time. Ill find that Ill go from a strong to the worst connection without changing my location and using the same wifi connection. This may become more problematic over time. Also, I attempted to use it internationally and it failed to work at all. If I cannot use this system internationally then it greatly reduces the purpose of having an account.

Maybe its me-but I couldnt log into app-AFTER I allowed access to my contacts!

It is a good app and does what it needs to... and Im glad they have this softphone service. The UI could be massively cleaned up though.

I dread using this app. It isnt intuitive, nor does it work consistently.

I love the business focus of 8x8, but I guess I just wished their app and some of their services were a little more finessed. They have come a long way in the last year, but it still lacks in overall good interface design. While it works on tablets, it definitely does not take advantage of the additional screen real estate. Instead, you have to jump through multiple tabs. Also, beware that if you are running 8x8 on one mobile, it will not run on another. What a shame, as most professionals have multiple mobile devices. I look forward to future updates, as they are on a good trajectory right now. Keep pushing on the development 8x8. Were watching and waiting.
