Functional, but needs improvement

The pros: it works well, but not great.

Needs to implement the iOS 10 voip integration.

The cons:
It uses too much battery life, does not always stop ringing when answered from another location, and does not ring when app is terminated. It that it does not correctly leverage the iOS VOIP APIs. This results in inconsistent behavior in the various background states and unnecessary battery usage. For example, it seems to keep a network connection open all the time instead of relying on the iOS APIs that notify of incoming calls and allow the app to build its connection only when needed.

The user interface could use some love from a designer. All of the functionality is available and useful. However the layout and structure do not seem to be designed to simplify workflows and make things intuitive.

Hopefully, it will fix these issues will be fixed if they adopt many of the new VOIP features for iOS 10
