Big problems with 8x8

Ive had 8 x 8 for approximately a year now and I find that its very hard to use, very unfriendly as far as managing phone numbers and responding to previous calls and forwarded calls To my cell. Theres no way to delete individual called from the call list without deleting all of them. At one time I could do this but based on some update I can no longer do this.
Im looking around for something better that works for me.
